Payment Options: Installment payments are available with no additional fee if paid in full by January 1st, 2026. A $50 late installment fee will be applied if the balance is not paid in full by that date.

• Early Bird Bonus: Vendors who register early receive extra social media & website exposure. A 10% discount is applied to all vendors that register AND pay before October 30th.

• Featured Listing Upgrade: Add a Featured Listing on our website and a dedicated social media post for $150. Vendor artwork must be provided for promotion.

• New $50 discount for food vendors sampling their products.

• Networking Perk: All booths include two complimentary tickets to our Vendor Networking Meet & Greet, hosted the week before the show.

• Load-In: Friday, February 6, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and Saturday, February 7th, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
